Process:

• collecting  used cigarettes  butts  from customers.​

• filter  are  first treated with the chemical  cleaser.

• then the treated polymer is  sort to  bureau  of indian standard for  approval.

• the material is used to create producers such as - cushions, staffed toys  & bean  bags  etc.

• the left over tobacco  &  paper are converted  into  compost.

• lastly, ash  collected will be  used  to  convert into  fly ash  bricks.
